Poppies, poppies...

My front door was in desperate need of attention. On it hung the KU Jayhawk basketball wreath (created by my dear friend, Jamie) long past March Madness. I was sick to death of every other wreath in my stash at the bottom of the linen cupboard, so what was a crafty girl to do but create something new? I went to Hobby Lobby when wreaths and flowers were 1/2 off and managed to find these lovely yellow poppies which match the ones I have growing in the front garden. A little poking, a little hot glue, a little tying and 15 minutes later, voila! a wreath suitable for summer. Welcome home!
